This time, I'm starting with the seasonal limited menu at two cafes: Nakamura Tokichi Main Store and Nakamura Tokichi Kyoto Station Store.

"Uji Kin Shaved Ice"
The size of the ice is so large that it's hard to convey in pictures, so when we serve it, customers are often pleasantly surprised.
It's a mountain of fluffy white ice.
On top of it, there's syrup.
With this "Uji Kin Shaved Ice," you'll apply the syrup yourself.
While it's tempting to pour all the syrup at once, because the ice is so fluffy, it can collapse if you do so, so we recommend applying it little by little.
If you order a menu with both Matcha and Hojicha syrup, it's also nice to share and try them separately.
