Returns and exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of tea as it is a food product.Returns and exchanges will be accepted only in the case of damage caused by problems during transportation, defective products, wrong products, or other cases deemed unavoidable by our company. In such cases, we will resend the replacement item(s) at our expense.
